Item Upgrading,
Http://79Bo.Com,
Item upgrading allows players to increase the gear score of an item to 700, and then add a final perk. Items can be upgraded if they are in your inventory and you take them to the kiln.
Certain items are worth upgrading because of their distinctive stats. (For example the perfect roll breakpoint armor is used in melee PvP). Other items such as weapons aren't changed much after an upgrade and aren't worth the effort.
Weapons
Weapons can be upgraded to boost their numeric stats like damage to attack, crit chance as well as PvE and PvP damage. They also have a flat bonus that increases their damage per second. In addition some weapons come with a set bonus which is activated when three or more of the same weapon is present on a unit. This bonus could exceed the damage a weapon upgrade alone can cause.
The cost of upgrading a weapon varies on its rarity as well as its current level. For example the weapon with a +2 rating will require two regular Smithing Stones to upgrade while an upgrade of +3 requires four. The number of stones required to
upgrade item the weapon will continue to rise until it requires an upgrade to a higher level of Smithing Stones, at which the amount will be reset to one.
Upgrades to weapons can also change the stats of the base. While this is generally an excellent thing, it can have some negative effects as well. Upgrades can render items impossible to use, unless you are very lucky.
The ability to upgrade armor items to increase their performance. This can increase the defense of a chest or helm, while belts and gloves will boost their required strength and agility. Armor also has an option to reroll its Enhanced Defense percent, which means that it could change its roll to a lower value.
The upgrade template of a weapon will show the new stats it will gain upon upgrading, as well as the relative value of those stats. This means that the weapon will gain 3% attack damage if it is upgraded from an 8 attack damage sword to an 11 attack damage sword. The 3% does not mean that the weapon will be hit three times less, since it is an absolute number.
A weapon can be rerolled by pressing the green button with arrows that circle in the menu for items. The item will be rerolled and alter its stats but it won't reset the weapon's level or bind to account status.
Armor
A few armor upgrades can make the world of difference to your survivability. Certain sets provide massive boosts to poison or curse, fire or magic resistance, which can make it easier to navigate through tough terrain. In general, the greater defense you have on your character, the more health you can get from each point. So, it's best to upgrade your armor.
To upgrade your armor, go to one of the Great Fairy Fountains in the game. There are four fountains in all and each one requires you to complete a unique side-quest involving the Stable Trotters musical troupe. Once you've done the main side quest and have completed the fountain that corresponds you'll be able to contact any Great Fairy to open up the armor upgrading menu.
The amount of materials required to upgrade each piece of armor is different. You'll need anywhere from three Red Chuchu jelly and 10 Rupees to upgrade your first armor piece, and anywhere between five Rubies or 10 Fire-Breath Horns to upgrade each subsequent one. The Champion Leathers, for instance can be upgraded to an increase of 5 defense rating, which allows you to keep up in frigid conditions with a lot of enemies. The Snowquill Headdress, on the other is able to be upgraded as high as +20 defense so that you're able to withstand a rout with your comrades.
You can't upgrade armor in the same way as weapons. If you're playing as a Warrior it is
Best item upgrade to focus on upgrading your armor to increase physical strength or the power of spells. It's also worthwhile to save your armor upgrades for armor you'll wear at the end of the game, like the Ring of Lightning and Spectral Shield or the helmet you wear for the final boss battle and the Monter Parts Merchant's mask.
You can also unlock some advantages to your armor by presenting the jeweler in Gerudo Town 10 Twinkling Titanite. It is generally recommended to save these upgrades for the weapon you'll be using to beat the game. For instance, the Longsword or Battleaxe. It's nevertheless beneficial to have some upgrades for the chest armor and helmets so that you can get around a few monsters.
Potions
Potions are liquids that when consumed by a player, give a temporary effect. There are five kinds of potions, each with specific effects and durations. Certain potions can be upgraded, enhancing the effectiveness of their effects. In addition the effects of some potions can be enhanced by adding glowstone dust or redstone to them.
Potion upgrades cost a certain amount of XP. This can be earned by making them on a table or the Alchemist's chest. The upgrade price varies depending on the type of potion and the item's Rarity and Mark Level.
To upgrade a potion to the next level, right-click on it in your inventory and select the "Upgrade" option from the menu. This will open an GUI which allows you to choose the potion that you want to upgrade and the amount of experience they will give you when upgraded. The upgrade of potions can be completed in batches of up to five at a time and the XP they earn will be added to your current XP level.
Once a poton is upgraded in quality, it will not deteriorate unless you use it again or break the bottle in which it is kept. Clicking on the potion in your inventory will also allow you to change the name of the potion.
There were a few updates to the mechanics of potions in version 1.7.2. For example the splash potions now have a duration of zero,08 seconds (this is not the equivalent of 22.5 seconds shown on the hover display of the
item upgrading). The potion table can now be crafted with four Wood Planks and two Glass. This allows it to be utilized by players playing Survival and Bedrock. Bedrock Edition potions are not compatible with cauldrons like Java Edition. The same applies to the use of a potion in a cauldron that is full. This will draw out the liquid, and then refill the bottle.
Finally, there are simmering potions that are made using dragon breath and splash potions. Similar to lingering potions, the effect can be extended by adding redstone to it. The table of potions is laid out more in line with the Java Edition, and new potions were introduced, including the potion of leaping and the decomposition potion, and turtle master potions.
Trinkets
A trinket can be an ornament that is small and inexpensive or piece of jewelry. It may also refer to a piece of art or a decoration that serves a purpose, but is not particularly important, such as a trinket. In some cultures, a trinket is used to signify friendship or affection, especially between family members.
Trinkets can be upgraded by players in addition to weapons, armor, and potions. These can be upgraded by going to an upgrade vendor and paying the appropriate currency. Unlike other item upgrades trinkets, trinkets can be exchanged at will without losing their stats.
Upgrade vendors can be found at the capitals of every zone and in some cases in dungeons. Upgrades for trinkets can be bought with tokens, gold or fragments of a rare trinket.
Upgrades are a cost-effective alternative to buying a brand new trinket. You can upgrade their trinket for as little as 12 tokens. The new trinket will come with the same base ilvl of the old one, and will have an additional upgrade bonus of 1.
Trinkets can be re-upgraded once they are no longer useful and allows players to boost their power and value over time. They can be traded between players which makes them a good alternative to gold.
In general players should upgrade their highest priority items first. This usually means the best-in-slot items for their class, then their secondaries and then other gear items that they will not be replacing soon (for example rings or cloaks). When deciding the items to upgrade, players should take into account their class's preferred statistics. For instance If Haste and Crit are the two most important stats for tanks, they should prioritize upgrading their chest, helm shoulders, belt, and chest.
Trinkets are able to be upgraded to a higher ilvl after they are no longer useful, and the new trinket can be upgraded to have an additional upgrade bonus of 1. A re-upgrade, however, can cause damage to the trinket unless it can be salvaged using the Black Lion Salvage Kit, or a higher tier salvage tool. Upgrades to trinkets can be more expensive than other upgrades but still cheaper than buying new ones.
