Its ability to fold is among its most impressive features. It can be folded in only three steps and it doesn't require you to bend over. It is also easy to maneuver and can be used on different types of terrain. It is also equipped with a large canopy that shields your child from the harsh sun and windy conditions.

Design
The stroller's first appearance is nice and its unique folding mechanism is intriguing however, that's all it is. In tests, it didn't do as well as other strollers and provided little in return. It can only fit one car seat, which means it's not the ideal option for twins. The padding is not sufficient to ensure a comfortable ride. It's heavy, clumsy and difficult to maneuver. While it does have storage, it's small and difficult to access.
The frame of the Combi Twin Cosmo has many parts and connection points that make it appear more expensive than its competitors who have frames with fewer pieces that are welded rather than riveted. The backs of the seat aren't flat against the frame when collapsed. It has a great capacity for weight, and it is much easier to load into trunks than other models. However, the bulk can cause issues with public transport because it doesn't fit in any 2'X4" rules that apply.
The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our tests of maneuverability despite its size and bulk. It took just 25 pounds to tip the Combi Twin Cosmo backwards which is more than the majority of competition. However, it isn't the top performers in this test which is the Chariot Cougar 2
It has excellent front wheel suspension and its large rear wheels can be locked to enhance mobility. The brake pedal that locks and unlocks the rear wheels simultaneously which is ideal for parking in tight spots. Storage space is offered by a cup holder as well as a large basket, but it is not as much as other products.
There's small storage space at the back of the canopy but it's not high enough to be useful for storing larger items like diaper bags and groceries. Two cup holders are provided however they're too close together to be useful for sharing drinks. The canopy provides decent sun protection with three panels of sunshade that blocks over 99 percent of UV Rays.
Comfort
Strollers are designed to let children sit in a comfortable, upright position. This stroller has an adjustable seat that reclines and a large canopy that extends to the back. There is also a parent cup holder and extra storage in the canopy. This stroller has an adjustable bar that can be telescopically moved for effortless maneuvering, and it can be parked in tight spots.
This stroller scored highly in our quality measure, but it was not as impressive in other categories. It has the most flexibility in its frame when it was being pushed. Its connecting points are made of plastic instead of soft materials like other strollers. The wheels were extremely flexible and may be difficult to maneuver on uneven surfaces.
It's a good size and weight, but its maneuverability is limited. It took more effort to push it, and this might be a challenge for parents with smaller children to do every day. It is able to maneuver through narrow aisles and doors with ease, but it may be difficult to squeeze it into a crowded elevator.
The under-seat storage was disappointing for the test participants. The storage space was difficult to access and there is a bar that prevents larger items from fitting. Even a purse of standard size may not fit in this area. A diaper bag that contained two items for children did not fit. The additional pockets on the canopy are nice but they are not enough to compensate for this poor under seat storage space.
The stroller's unique fold and carry strap makes it a fantastic option for transporting it to and from public transportation. However, the weighty stroller may make it difficult to fit in crowded buses and train cars without hitting innocent bystanders. This stroller may be best suited for commuters who can easily transport it in their cars. It's light enough to be carried and down escalators. However, it will need to be folded if you wanted to take it on a bus or train.
